They are only 90 calories, which means I can have the tasty flavors of an ice cream split with the added benefits of yogurt. Oh those hot summer days when I’m craving something cool, I can pop a Yoplait Splitz into the freezer and my yogurt snack becomes a frozen treat. These make great after-school snacks for kids!
